Halloween & the Howl!

Halloween was great! I had so much freaking fun being Audrey. The Howl was just a great. Providing plenty of entertainment-trying to guess people's costumes. The hot costumes of the year were Michael Phelps, Ninja Turtles, Care Bears, and Playboy Bunnies. Oh dear. There was tons of dancing and lots of activities going on on all floors of the TSC. I got there around 9 and didn't leave till the party ended at 1 A.M. Afterwards, my roommates went to Walmart and rented a scary movie. It was the perfect way to end Halloween

Yea, Emily changed her costume at the last possible moment. Instead of Tickle Me Elmo, she became Disney's Ariel, the Little Mermaid. The crayon is one of my roommates' best friends. Every other week, she comes to have a sleepover up here at Utah State.

Things In a Week

I've missed a couple things from the past week......

My roommates, a couple friends and I went to USU's Homecoming Game where we lost by two points. Just wait till basketball season my friends-things will be better for the Aggies

Jillian found her costume! She's going to be Velma from Scooby Doo

Treasures from the D.I.

After weeks of stressing about what we were going to be for Halloween and what we were going to wear for The Howl (For those of you who don't know-The Howl is the biggest Halloween party in all of Utah.....perhaps even west of the Mississippi-and it takes place up here at Utah State every year! Yeah-we Aggies know how to party) Anyway-we found some great costumes at Logan's very own D.I. I'm being Audrey Hepburn and Emily is going to be "Tickle Me Elmo". Sweet action huh?

My inspiration was my roommate's poster. I wake up to it every day. It was one of those "DUH!" moments

This is how I think I'll do my hair. French Twists are so Audrey!

Breakfast At Tiffany's anyone?

Cleaning Day

Today is Cleaning Day-I got a little too into my job

The Man Pageant

Tonight a couple of the people in our building and I went to go see the Mr. USU Pageant. It was truly incredible.....I haven't been this entertained in weeks :) There was a swimwear portion, an evening wear portion, a talent portion and a question and answer portion. Overall, I think it turned out to be a great night for all. Congrats to the new Mr. USU-Tyler Kidd!

Brandon is......so special. He dyed his hair just for fun......I don't think it turned out too well

The theme of the pageant was "I Just Can't Wait to be King"-from the Lion King. How original

Yes, that is a mermaid costume

Erik did a lovely rendition of the famous Neil Diamond song, "Sweet Caroline"

Jerome performed the Mad TV skip "Can I Have Your Number?" Still cracks me up every time!

Mike chose to express his feelings through interpretive dance to the song "A Whole New World"

All the contestants find their feminine side ;) Lovely tutu's boys

And the winner is.......TYLER KIDD!

It was freaking cold outside, so E-Ball and I picked up Brynne from her study date

Saturday Adventures-Trevino Style

Tyson and I decided to go on an adventure in B-Town. We went all over-goofing around and making sure to take plenty of pictures and video of it all. Here are my favorites........

This is the best Brother-Sister picture I think we've ever taken. It's pretty slick action if you ask me

Ty was busting out his skateboarding skills

Both of us posed in the flower beds in front of the 4th North pink Baptist Church. The slogan this week was "Walmart isn't the only saving place". :) Clever

During our travels, we happened upon a Pig Bus. As Ty puts it-it speaks for itself

Awwww.....B-Town. I miss it already

The Gangster

Connor was loving Uncle Ty's hat. Later on, Connor, Kaylie, Tyson, Chancy and I had a dance party in the living room.

Birthday Fun!

Our roommate Kylee had gone all day without having one of us say, "Happy Birthday!". (This was all strategy and we felt horrible, but it had to be done). Then our roommate Liz took her to Chili's where the rest of us waited for her. It was a fantastic surprise birthday and everyone in the Chili's was getting into the spirit of it. Happy Birthday Ky!

Look at the beautiful cake and cupcakes we made especially for this occasion :)

Of course no party is complete without the party hats!

We let Ky's boyfriend be in on our plot. He drove all the way from Provo.....awwww....cute! He didn't so much like the party hats though :)

The suspense is killing us!

Surprise Ky!!!

Victoria helped us with a diversion. Oh! And Vic was my best friend in 5th grade-she moved away and we were reunited this year!
